Palé Teleprompter is developed and operated by T3 Studio Ltd., a company registered in Antigua and Barbuda. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to T3 Studio Ltd. "You" refers to anyone who uses the Palé app.

Account information. When you create a Palé account we collect your email address. If you sign in through Google, we receive your email address and display name from Google.
Your scripts. Scripts you write and save in Palé are stored so you can access them across sessions and devices. This content belongs to you.
Usage and diagnostics. We collect anonymous data about how the app is used — screens visited, features activated, and crash reports. This data cannot be linked back to you personally and is used solely to improve the app.
Purchase records. When you make a one-time purchase through Google Play, the transaction is processed by Google. We receive a confirmation that the purchase was made, but we never see your payment details.

Palé uses the following services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy.
Supabase stores your account information and scripts on servers located in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Google Drive integration is optional. If you connect it, Palé reads documents you explicitly select. We do not access any other files in your Drive.
Google Play and RevenueCat handle your purchase. We receive only a purchase token — not your card number, billing address, or any other payment detail.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with any third party for their own purposes.
We keep your account and scripts for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and scripts are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain records for a longer period.
Anonymous analytics data may be retained for up to 24 months.

Palé is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS) and encrypted storage. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
